Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Maple Granola

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup Hulled Hemp Seed
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sweetened coconut
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Maple Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the dried fruit and toss well. Spread on large cookie sheet and bake 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Stir in dried fruit.
