The analyzer couldn't find fettucine, so I substituted linguine.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Linguine Alfredo

6 oz. whole wheat linguine, dry
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp onion, chopped
4 tbsp sour cream, lite
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp garlic, powdered
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Linguine Alfredo

  1. Cook noodles.

  2. In blender, combine chicken broth, mozzarella, flour, onion, garlic powder and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Pour sauce into saucepan and simmer to desired thickness. Sauce will thicken with noodles. If too thin, ad extra 1/2-1 tbsp flour. Pour sauce over noodles and toss lightly.
