Recipe Ingredients for low fat Leek and Potato Soup

1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
8 oz Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 1/2 serving 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
16 oz Pork Sausage
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for low fat Leek and Potato Soup

  1. combine Leeks, 2 cups potatos, green onions, cream of mushroom soup, and 2 cups of water in a crock pot.

  2. cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. in the last 30-60 minutes, add in 2 cans of evaporated fat-free milk
