Recipe Ingredients for Low fat Lasagna

3.5 serving Vegetable Tomatoes Sliced Stewed
16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
3 serving Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna
7 serving Tomato Sauce
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
16 oz Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
8 oz Cheese
0.6 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 oz Premium Selection Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Low fat Lasagna

  1. Boil lasagna with a pinch of salt

  2. Brown turkey and chopped onions in skillet. Drain fat, then add garlic cloves. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar and italian seasoning. Chop up the stewed tomatoes while cooking over medium heat.

  3. Drain lasagna after boiling for 10 minutes.

  4. Layer 3 noodles into 13x9 dish. Top half of meat mixture. Use half of the cottage cheese in dollops. Top with half of mozzarella cheese and half of parmesan cheese. Layer 3 more noodles on top of first layer and repeat with meat mixture and cheese.

  5. Bake in 325 degree oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
