Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Lasagna

6 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce
28 oz tomatoes
1 1/5 kg extra lean ground beef
1 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
6 oz low fat cheese

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Lasagna

  1. brown ground beef

  2. add tomatoes, sauce, paste and spices

  3. layer with uncooked noodles

  4. Bake for one hour, in last 20 minutes add cheese to the top.
