These turkey burgers are surprisingly moist and juicy. The recipe lists cutlets but use ground breast meat. The analyzer wouldn't recognize it. The secret ingredient is the cottage or ricotta cheese for moisture.

1 lbs. Turkey Breast Cutlets, Ground
1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese or Ricotta
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Low fat and juicy turkey burgers

  1. Prepare grill or heat a cast iron grill pan over medium heat.

  2. Combine all ingredients and form into 4-6 patties.

  3. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side until done.
