Recipe Ingredients for low fat hummus

15 ounce garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
2 ounces fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for low fat hummus

  1. Drain and rinse the beans.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend til smooth.

  3. Adjust seasonings to taste
