Great hummus taste without the extra fat. Great with cut vegetables or whole wheat pita. Tasty on toast as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Hummus

3 c cooked chickpeas
2 T sesame seed oil
1/4 c garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Hummus

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, sesame seed oil, garlic and lemon juice. While processing, add chicken broth until hummus reaches desired consistency.
