Tahini is replaced with nonfat plain yogurt. One serving is one tablespoon.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Hummus

15 oz of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon salt

Throw it all in the food processor. Even better the next day!
