Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat hummus

14 oz chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tahini
1/16 tsp salt
1/16 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp cilantro
