this is a lower fat easy cheap hummus recipe. I just made it and it tastes great with a little bit of a garlic bite. If you like other flavors add that instead of the garlic! this is even more low fat than normal hummus because it only uses a little bit of healthful olive oil and whole sesame seeds instead of tahini. its a little untraditional but tastes great and you can blend in ns of veggies and herbs/spices to make it even lower in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for low-fat hummus

1 cup cooked or chick peas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tsp garlic salt
3/4 cup water (add or take away for consistency)

Recipe Directions for low-fat hummus

throw everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth. add water until smooth and add more salt/garlic/lemon juice to taste
