1 big mug of hot chocolate. I actually use non-fat dry milk powder, but the calorie counter was not accurate for that. Directions reflect non-fat milk powder

Recipe Ingredients for low fat hot chocolate with molasses

12 oz nonfat milk
1 1/2 T cocoa powder
1 T Molasses
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon

Recipe Directions for low fat hot chocolate with molasses

  1. Heat 12 oz of water

  2. Mix cocoa, salt, molasses, cinnamon with a tablespoon of water at a time to make a soft smooth paste.

  3. Add remaining hot water until blended.

  4. Add powdered milk and stir till blended.
