Recipe Ingredients for low fat homemade mac & cheese

2 tbs butter, unsalted
5 tbs flour
1/4 c sour cream ,fat free
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
1 1/2 cup Half and Half Fat Free
14 oz shredded gouda cheese
.5 serving Lite Mixture Salt
1 pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
6 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for low fat homemade mac & cheese

  1. melt butter

  2. add flour and sour cream, make a paste

  3. wisk in milk and half and half

  4. heat til hot and thick

  5. mix in cheese

  6. pour over pasta
