1/2 serving Strawberry Whey Protein
3/4 cups 1% Cottage cheese
1 serving (Fat Free, Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix, Cheesecake flavor)
1/4 cups Skim Milk

  1. Scoop ingredients into blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, making sure pudding mix and protein are spread evenly (for flavor).
