Recipe Ingredients for Low fat, high fiber banana nut bread

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 large Egg, Whole
2 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Low fat, high fiber banana nut bread

Grind oatmeal into fine powder (it will replace your flour in a typical recipe). Blend wet ingredients, add dry ingredients plus 2 tsp each baking soda, baking powder and salt as well as 2 tbsp cinnamon. Mix well, batter will be very moist. Add almonds and raisins, stir. Pour into cake pan greased with Pam. Baking 350 for 1 hr 20 mins or until firm. Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
