Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Ham and Turkey Wrap

2 oz - low-fat deli sliced ham
2 oz - deli sliced turkey
1 tortilla - Whole wheat tortilla
1 tsp Dijonnaise
1/4 cup arugula (or spinach or romaine)
