olive oil can be reduced by 1/2 tbs and red wine vinegar increased by 1/2 tbs , if you like it more vinegary

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Greek Salad

1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cucumber slices
1/2 tomatoe
2 tbs feta cheese
2 tbs chopped red onion
2 tbs chopped celery
1 tbs mustard
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tbs red wine
1 tbs red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Greek Salad

  1. Place romaine lettuce in serving bowl

  2. combine cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, onion, celery in bowl

  3. combine mustard, oil, and wine and vinegar in small bowl and wisk together

  4. combine the vinegar mixture with cucumber mixture and then empty all ingedients onto lettuce.

  5. serve
