Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat German Potato Salad

14 g (or 2 tbsp) bacon bits
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tomato, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat German Potato Salad

  1. Boil the potatoes, then slice them.

  2. While they're cooking, mix together the vinegar, sugar and salt, until dissolved.

  3. Slice and prepare other veggies.

  4. When the potatoes are ready, mix everything up and chill.

  5. This can also be eaten hot.
