4 oz Greek Yogurt
1 Can Chick Peas
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 cup Parsley

  1. Chop garlic and parsley fine

  2. Drain beans and mash with a fork adding yogurt as you go

  3. Then dump it all in blender till it smooth as you like
