Recipe Ingredients for low fat fudge

30 oz pumpkin
40 oz brownie mix
5 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for low fat fudge

  1. mix pumpkin and brownie mix

  2. spread into brownie pan coated with nonsitck spray

  3. drop gobs of peanut butter on top and swirl peanut butter into batter with a knife

  4. bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven

  5. cool, cover, and refrigerate
