14 oz Garbanzo Beans
3 oz FAGE Total 0%
4 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
0.5 oz Pesto with Basil
1 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1 serving Classic Yellow
4 serving bistro blend olives Mezzetta
2 serving bistro blend olives Mezzetta

Recipe Directions for low fat deviled eggs

  1. combine all in a blender. chill in frig.

  2. pipe into hard boiled eggs for deviled eggs or use as a dip.

  3. add horseradish too. I forgot to do that.
