Recipe Ingredients for Low fat crustless quiche

1 egg
5 egg whites
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 cup 1 % milk
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Low fat crustless quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Chop veggies. Mix everything together and pour into one 9 in baking dish or smaller ramekins.

  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The top will be golden brown and the egg mixture will have firmed up.
