A tasty low fat and calorie, crustless Pumpkin Pie

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup egg beater, cholesterol free
1/2 cup Low Fat Bisquick
15 ounces pumpkin
2 tbsp margarine, light
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
12 ounces evaporated skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. 2. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on high for 2 minutes (or mix in blender for 1 minute).

  3. 3. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
