Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Crepes

1 cup All Purpose Flour
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Crepes

  1. Mix ingredients well with handheld mixer.

  2. Pour a thin layer into a PAM sprayed non-stick pan.

  3. Cook one side until solid. Do NOT cook other side.

  4. Carefully flip onto plate and fill with your favorite ingredients.
