Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Cream Cheese Log

10 slices Dried Beef
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Cream Cheese Log

  1. Take 8 oz package of fat free cream cheese out of fridge and set on counter in package let warn to room temperature, about 30 min.

  2. While waiting chop 3 onions bulb and stalk and 10 slices of dried beef very finely, and place in mixing bowl.

  3. When cheese is very soft, wash hands thoroughly and mix with hands in bowl with onion and beef. add garlic powder to taste. ***Should not need any salt as the beef is very salty!

  4. To shape place mixture in plastic wrap because it is too sticky to work with on bare hands.. Once in plastic shape, then put into fridge to set the shape,

  5. About 2 hours remove from fridge, and enjoy.... Hint ** the longer it sits in the fridge the better the flavors with mingle, so overnight is best.
