Recipe Ingredients for Low fat Cranberry Muffins

3 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cranberries
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Low fat Cranberry Muffins

Mix oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and chopped cranberries in one bowl. Mix Yogurt, oil, eggs cinammon, vanilla and brown sugar in second bowl. Fold ingredients together in one bowl, then fold into muffin tins. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
