1 oz Fat Free Yogurt
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Garlic Cloves
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
90 grams Beef
1 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 Serving Vegetable Stock
0.25 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for low fat cottage pie

boil and mash potatoes with yogurt. fry all other ingredients with low fat spray. spoon beef mixture into a pie dish and then cover with the potatoe. fluff the potatoe with a fork and brush with beaten egg. bake on 200 degrees C for 25 - 30 mins
