1/2 cup wholewheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 tsp splenda
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup skimmed milk
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 large egg

  1. Mix wet

  2. Mix dry

  3. Mix together

  4. Place in 12 muffin cups

  5. Bake 25-30 minutes 350F
