Recipe Directions for Low Fat Low Cholesterol Yorkshire Pudding

  1. In a muffin tin / popover tray put 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in each of 6 compartments.

  2. Place tin / tray in oven pre-heated to 425-450 F. Allow to tray to pre-heat for at least 20 minutes.

  3. Mix protein powder, flour & protein powder as dry mix.

  4. Make a well in centre and add egg beaters and milk.

  5. Beat thoroughly and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

  6. Quickly open oven door and pour mixture into compartments into equal quantities.

  7. Allow to cook without oven door opening door for 25-30 minutes or when crust is dark golden brown.

  8. Remove from oven and drain any excess olive oil.

  9. Serve with meat and gravy. (For crispier yorkshires reduce liquid content to suit).

  10. Enjoy !
