No eggs, and if you replace whole wheat flour with oat flour then it's gluten free, if you use vegan chocolate chips then it's vegan muffins...enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Chocolate Muffins

1 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Chocolate Muffins

Add everything together and then place ~1/4 c into muffin tins that have been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375 for 25 mins.
