Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Chocolate Mousse

8 oz Semi sweet chocolate chips
8 large eggs
1/4 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Chocolate Mousse

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt chocolate chips.

  3. Seperate egg yolks and whites into seperate bowls.

  4. Beat yolks until pale and thick, fold in chocolate, fold in vanilla.

  5. Beat whites and confectioners sugar until forms soft peaks.

  6. Fold in 1/4 of the egg whites into chocolate, then fold in the rest.

  7. Pour into a round pan and cook for 20-25 minutes.
