Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

24 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
1 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1.38 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 serving Nu-Salt Salt Substitute
4 tbsp Special Dark Chips
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 1/2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Combine flour, splenda, baking soda and salt substitute in a bowl. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix gently. Make a well and add egg substitute, vanilla, melted butter, apple sauce and zucchini. Mix until just blended. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 - 55 minute or until toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.

  2. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan and remove. Serves 16
