Just an experiment, I'm going to try it out to see if it works, but in theory, it should! Might make it into a cookie sandwich, hence the peanut butter, but who knows.

1/2 c. whole wheat flour, sifted
1/2 c. oatmeal, instant
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
4 tsp. splenda
1/4 c. egg beaters
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
