Easy to make, low fat chicken salad that you can have on lettuce for dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Chicken Salad

12 oz canned cooked chicken
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 oz sweet pickles, diced
3 stalks celery
2 tspn onion powder
24 lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Chicken Salad

  1. Mix canned cooked chicken w/ diced celery and pickles

  2. Add mayonnaise and onion powder and mix

  3. Place single serving scoops onto lettuce leaves and drizzle w/ lemon juice and a little salt/pepper to taste.
