A healtier chicken salad with all the taste of regular chicken salad

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Chicken Salad

6 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 egg whites, boiled, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
2 tbsp chopped sweet pickles
1/4 tsp (Chachere's More Spice Seasoning)

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Chicken Salad

Bake chicken breast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or pan fry in 1 tsp vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes, let cool. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, let cool and remove yolks. Chop chicken into 1/2" cubes, mix all ingredients, refrigerate.
