Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie

12 1/2 oz of chicken
10 3/4 oz of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
14 1/2 oz of peas and carrots
1 cup flour
1 cup reduced fat milk

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie

Spray pan with non-fat cooking spray. Pour chicken (water included) into bottom of pan. Pour peas and carrots and cream of mushroom soup over chicken. Mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mix milk and flour together. Pour over chicken mixture. Do not stir. Bake in 350 oven for 45-60 minutes until brown and top is done.
