Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Chicken and Broccoli Bake

1 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
590 grams Erin Low Fat Chicken Soup
200 g Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
6 Teaspoon Curry Powder
4 Teaspoon Juice
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
290 grams Broccoli, Cooked
4 serving McCambridge Brown Bread
10 serving Dubliner Light Red Cheddar
50 grams Butter

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Chicken and Broccoli Bake

  1. mix the soup, milk, lemon juice, curry powder and mayonnaise

  2. shred the chicken

  3. chop the broccoli

  4. blend the bread and cheese to make breadcrumbs

  5. put chicken and broccoli into a bake tin

  6. pout sauce over the top

  7. put breadcrumbs on top

  8. malt butter and pour over top

  9. cook in a preheated oven of 185 degrees celsius for 40 minutes
