Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Cheesecake

500 g (250g) pkgs. 95% fat free cream cheese
1 c plain fat-free yogurt
1 c fat free sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 vanilla to taste
1 Almond essence to taste

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Cheesecake

  1. Directions:

  2. 1. Cream everything together all until well blended.

  3. 2. Bake in 4 quart casserole at 300F for 1 hour. (Tried square casserole)

  4. 3. Turn off oven and let cool

  5. 4. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. Serve a scoop or so with fresh fruit in the morning.
