Water Baked Low Fat/Egg Beater Cheesecake

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Cheesecake

24 oz. low fat cream cheese
1/4 oz. lemon zest
7 oz. sugar, granulated
6 oz. heavy cream
9 oz. egg beaters
2 tsp. almond extract

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Cheesecake

  1. Combine cream cheese, lemon zest and sugar in mixing bowl.

  2. With a paddle attachement, mix on speed 2 until smooth.

  3. Scrape bowl often, mixture must be lump free

  4. Slowly add eggs, and then heavy cream

  5. Continue scraping

  6. Add flavoring

  7. Bake in water bath at 325 degrees until set

  8. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
