2 cups carrots, grated
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup Plain Nonfat
1 tablespoon splenda
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Carrot Salad

  1. Grate carrots, add raisins and pineapple.

  2. Mix yogurt, splenda, and vinegar.

  3. Combine with carrots and refrigerate at least 1 hr.
