Low fat carrot chocolate chip bread

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat carrot chocolate chip bread

1 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Low fat carrot chocolate chip bread

  1. Mix together carrots, eggs, sugars, apple sauce, milk and vanilla.

  2. Stir in dry ingredients.

  3. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes in a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.

  4. Cool and cut into 18 1/2" slices
