326 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
320 grams Organics Applesauce Unsweetened
1 large Egg, White
100 grams Egg, Whole
0.4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
10 grams SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
0.25 cup Québon 1% Milk
252 grams Carrots
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Carrot Cake

  1. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in another. Assemble wet and dry ingredients. Fold in grated carrots.

  3. Bake at 350 for 35-40min.
