Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Carrot Cake Loaf

3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
8 oz Peach Applesauce
3 large egg whites
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp pumpkin spices
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup fat free milk

  1. Pre heat oven at 350 degrees F

  2. Mix all ingrdients

  3. Spray pan with cooking spray

  4. Bake for 1 hour

  5. Cut in 8 servings.
