1 serving Low Calorie Home Made Pico De Gallo Only 21 Calories
1 Tortilla OLE Wraps Tomato Basil 8'' Flour Tortillas
0.13 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Low Calories Chicken Brest Wrap

Marinate The Chicken Brest in Fresh Pico De Gallo for 30 minutes or more. Le longer it marinates the better. Place marinated chicken Brest on grill till done. Place Tomato Basil Wrarp on gril just to warm. Place Tomato Basil wrap on cuting board. Place lettuce then fresh Pico De Galo on that ( do not use the Pico Gallo that the chicken marinated in because you can get sick fom that.) Role it up and cut in half end enjoy.
