567 g Brownie Mix
425 g Pumpkin Canned
33 g egg white

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Low Calories Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix together 1 box brownie mix,15 oz can of pumpkin, and 1/3 cup egg white.

  3. Spread in a greased 9 inch by 9 inch pan and smooth with a rubber spatula.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut into 16 1 inch pieces.

  5. Store in a air tight container with wax paper.
