5 ounces chunk light tuna in water
1 tablespoon lemon
2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
4 slices light wheat bread
1/4 diced red onions
1/2 tomato
2 oz lettuce

Recipe Directions for Low Fat/Calorie Tuna Sandwich

In a bowl mix everything but the bread, tomato, onion and lettuce. add to bread and top with the veggies. Enjoy!
