4 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
0.7 oz Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
8 grams Sliced Olives
0.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.3 small Onions

Recipe Directions for low fat, low calorie tuna salad

  1. drain tuna

  2. chop vegetables and egg white

  3. mix all ingredients until evenly spreadable

  4. add herbs if desired
