Not as good as the Olive Oil Mayonnaise low fat chicken salad, but very healthy

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Chichen Salad

6 oz cooked chicken breast
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
2 egg whites, boiled, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
2 tbsp chopped sweet pickles
1/4 tsp (Chachere's More Spice Seasoning)

Recipe Directions for Low Fat, Low Calorie Chichen Salad

Bake chicken breast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, let cool. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, let cool and remove yolks. Chop chicken into 1/2" cubes, mix all ingredients, refrigerate.
