Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup bananas, mashed well
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Low Fat, Low Calorie Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients, then add, eggs, applesauce, and bananas. Pour into greased baking pan and bake 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn out onto rack, let cool 10 minutes. Makes 12 Servings
