No butter, plus yoghurt and a bunch of other goodies, make this banana bread an amazing treat! I could finish the whole pan off by myself!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat, Low-cal, Super Moist Banana Bread!!!

112 g Applesauce
48 g White Sugar
96 g Brown Sugar
1/3 cup All Whites
1 t Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 t Baking Soda
2 g Kosher Salt
113 g Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
191 g Bananas, mashed
186 g All-Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Low-fat, Low-cal, Super Moist Banana Bread!!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  2. Stir together applesauce and sugars. Add in egg whites and vanilla, mix well. Then incorporate bananas and yoghurt to the mixture.

  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

  4. Combine wet mixture into dry mixture, and fold together until just moist.

  5. Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly.

  6. Bake at 350*F for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.

  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to allow bread to fully cool.
